Go into trouble shooting, and choose the console / command line. Change directory to (B) (For me it was E: at this time) and rebuild your BCD: e: bootrec /rebuildbcd. If it asks to add to the boot menu, say yes. Shut down, plug (A) in. In BIOS make sure the SSD is set to boot first. Windows now boots off the SSD .
